Registration is Verification-Only: Clinic Name (Arabic & English), Map Location, Manager Mobile, Plus Your CR Number, Veterinary License Number, and VAT with Documents. Hours, Services, and Staff are Added Later inside the Dashboard.
How Long Does Verification Take?
Review Usually Completes within One Business Day. You Can Begin Setting up Your Clinic in the Dashboard Immediately While Verification Runs in Parallel.
What is the "AI Biometric ID" Add-on?
A Consumer Subscription Sold on the Web Only. It Adds a Biometric Identification Layer That Helps Recover Your Pet If Lost and Shows a "Verified" Badge on Its Public Page. Available at 10 / Month or 100 / Year.
How Does the QR Pet Page Work?
The Pet Wears a QR Tag. Scanning It with Any Phone Opens a Read-Only Public Page — No App or Login — Showing the Verified Vaccination Record. In "Missing" Mode a "Call Owner" Button Appears without Revealing the Phone Number as Text.
Is the Platform Free for Clinics?
Yes — during the Founding Period, Early Clinics Use Pawsware Entirely Free with No Payment Card Required.
