We Use Data to Operate the Platform, Verify Clinics, Power the Verified Vaccination Record, and Serve the Public Pet Page. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Data to Any Third Party.
3.Privacy in "Missing" Mode
When "Missing" Mode is Active, a Finder is Connected to the Owner via a Call without the Phone Number being Displayed as Text, Protecting the Owner's Privacy.
4.Your Rights
You Have the Right to Access, Correct, and Request Deletion of Your Data. You Can Remove the Public Pet Page at Any Time from within the App.
6.Data Retention & Deletion
Account Deletion Follows a Short Grace Period, after Which Personal Data is Removed. Clinic-Entered Clinical Records are Anonymised and Retained Where Required for Continuity of Care, and Reviews are Preserved but Anonymised.
7.Third-Party Services
We Rely on Accredited Providers to Deliver Parts of the Service — for Example, a Licensed Payment Gateway, Accredited Tax-Invoicing Providers, and an AI Biometric ID Provider. These Partners Process Data Only as Needed to Perform Their Function and under Appropriate Agreements.
8.Children & Minors
Pawsware is Intended for Veterinary Clinics and Adult Pet Owners. It is Not Directed at Children, and We Do Not Knowingly Collect Personal Data from Minors.

We Apply Industry-Standard Safeguards to Protect Data in Transit and at Rest, and Limit Access to Authorised Personnel. No System is Perfectly Secure, but We Work Continuously to Protect Your Information.
